Terms and conditions

Last updated: 3 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website, kreta-k.online (“K-ETA Korea Gate”), is operated by Clouds Ecom Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at any time through our contact page.

2. What this service is — and what it is not

K-ETA Korea Gate is a private, commercial assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Government of the Republic of Korea, its Ministry of Justice or any other government authority.

You can also apply for a K-ETA yourself, without our assistance and without paying our service fee, on the official website of the Korean government, www.k-eta.go.kr.

3. The service we provide

For each applicant, our service consists of:

  • a guided online application form, with explanations in plain English;
  • a review of your answers for missing information, typing errors and inconsistencies;
  • the submission of your application to the Korean authorities on your behalf, including payment of the official K-ETA fee;
  • sending you the decision by email;
  • answering your questions before and after you apply.

The decision to grant or refuse a K-ETA is taken solely by the Korean authorities.

4. Price and what it includes

The price per applicant is the amount displayed on our payment page at the time you place your order. It includes the official K-ETA fee charged by the Korean government, which we pay on your behalf. The balance is our service fee.

The price is shown before payment and is charged once per applicant. Payment is taken in US dollars, by card, through our payment provider Stripe. Your bank may apply a currency conversion charge, which is outside our control.

5. How an order is placed

  1. You complete the application form on this website.
  2. You are redirected to our secure payment page and pay by card.
  3. Once your payment is received, your order is confirmed and a contract is formed between you and Clouds Ecom Ltd.
  4. We review your application and submit it to the Korean authorities.

6. Processing times

We review and submit complete applications as quickly as possible after payment. Most K-ETA decisions are issued by the Korean authorities within 72 hours, but processing times are set by the authorities and some applications take longer. We therefore recommend applying at least 72 hours before departure. We are not responsible for delays caused by the authorities or by incomplete or incorrect information.

7. Your responsibilities

  • You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information that matches your passport exactly.
  • You must give a valid email address that you check, including its spam folder.
  • You are responsible for holding a valid passport and for meeting all the entry requirements of the Republic of Korea.
  • You must apply for yourself, or with the authority of the person you apply for.

8. No guarantee of approval or of entry

We cannot guarantee that a K-ETA will be granted. An approved K-ETA allows you to board a flight or ship to Korea but does not guarantee entry: the final decision is made by the immigration officer at the border.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Because our service is supplied online and begins as soon as you pay, you agree, when you place your order, that the service starts immediately, and you acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once the service has been fully performed.

Before your application has been submitted to the Korean authorities, you may cancel by contacting us through our contact page, and we will refund the full amount paid.

Once your application has been submitted, the official fee cannot be recovered and our service has been performed, so no refund is available. This also applies if your application is refused: our fee pays for the preparation and submission of your application, not for a particular outcome.

If we fail to submit your application through our own error, we will refund the full amount paid. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.

10. Liability

We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for losses caused by a refusal or a delay by the authorities, by incorrect information you provided, or by events outside our reasonable control, such as missed flights or travel costs.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

12. Complaints

If you are not satisfied, please contact us first through our contact page and we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly. If we cannot resolve it, consumers resident in the United Kingdom may be able to refer the matter to an approved alternative dispute resolution body, and consumers resident in the European Union can contact their national European Consumer Centre.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you place it.
